Since the dawn of time females have been attracted towards Masculinity. It has always been what they have craved for and wanted in their man. Men are taken seriously in this society and kids are not. So it's always up to you, how you want to be perceived by the people around you.
“A man is one whose body has been trained to be the ready servant of his mind; whose passions are trained to be the servants of his will; who enjoys the beautiful, loves truth, hates wrong, loves to do good, and respects others as himself.” - John Ruskin
There are some aspects to a man that account to his Masculinity.
Let's see what they are:
1) Broad Shoulders
The first aspect that defines a man's masculinity is the broadness of their shoulders. Don’t believe me ? Ever wonder why in the cartoon movies all the male heroes have an incredibly huge upper abdomen with almost no regards to the lower abdomen. I'll tell you why this happens, it's because that’s how the world sees a man to be, as someone with broad shoulder that can take the burden of responsibilities while providing a shoulder for their woman to lean on. So, if you want people to stop taking you as a kid but rather as a man, then big shoulders are a must have.
2) Huge Traps
The second aspect would be the trapezius muscle or the collar muscles. The collar muscles add size to your frame and make you look bigger, all the more masculine. A person with well built collar muscles looks stronger, bigger and sharper. That’s exactly what a man should to look like. So this is the second aspect for you to work on.
3) Big Forearms
The third aspect to masculinity is having big forearms. Big forearms are extremely attractive for females as it makes your arms look stronger. Men are supposed to have strong arms and a firm grip. All the females out there want to feel safer in the arms of their men and they would not feel so if the arms of their men are thin like twigs.
Exercise to achieve the aforementioned aspects:
1) Dumbell Shoulder Press
2) Military press
3) Dumbell Lateral Raises
4) Rear Delt Flyes
1) Barbell Shrugs
2) Dumbell Shrugs
3) Upright Rows
1) Reverse Grip Bicep Curls
2) Farmer's Walk
3) Wrist extensions
